Training Coordinator
The Training coordinator for the Camaco Columbus Plant is a key leader for training development as well as environmental health and saftey.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate Training and training record keeping in accordance with standard procedures under general supervision. Maintain training records, prepare various reports, verify training status and resolve common problems using instructional design methods. Professional appearance; grooming and dress consistent with desired high-quality corporate image. Additional roles and responsibilities are established in the responsibility sections of the EMS Documentation.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greets new employees and provides them with personal protective equipment.
Prepares company material EHS and training reports.
Maintains EHS and training files. Updates Electronic EHS, Training, LMS and PLEX System of record for training.
Assists in preparing and delivering training for new hire orientation.
Creates and Schedules training to meet plant needs.
Performs varied duties for Safety and Human Resources Department general functions, helping to solve problems and answering questions when possible.
Assists with various plant activities such as EHS Audit, Safety Committees, United Way campaign, service awards, and company picnic, etc.
Assists with maintaining hourly training levels tied to performance reviews for pay increases.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
